The part-time Bartender position at Climate Pledge Arena offers a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere where enthusiasm and guest interaction are highly valued. This role requires serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while maintaining high standards of customer service to create memorable experiences for guests during games, concerts, and special events. Bartenders at Delaware North are entrusted with mixing and serving drinks following standardized recipes, handling cash and electronic payments, maintaining accurate sales and inventory records, and keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked. - Must be at least 21 years of age
- at least two years of bartending experience required
- able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- experience in credit card processing
- previous experience using a computerized POS system

Job Duties
- Receives drink orders from patrons or servers, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company-standardized proportions
- serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer
- serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- enters drink orders into the POS system and collects payment from patrons for drinks served
- completes sales and inventory reports accurately
- maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
- cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock
