The Moore is currently seeking a full-time Club Barback to join its esteemed team and contribute to delivering impeccable bar service within The Club at The Moore. In this essential role, the Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently, supplying all necessary tools and inventory. Working closely with the bartending team, the Barback’s responsibilities include preparing and setting up the bar area, restocking beverages, garnishes, and glassware, and maintaining cleanliness and organization to uphold the venue’s high standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment by demonstrating strong teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Physical stamina and the ability to move quickly and gracefully through the club spaces are critical in maintaining seamless service flow. The Barback will also assist in event setups and breakdowns, adhere to health and safety protocols, and provide responsive service to member requests ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.
