Job Requirements

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
  • Ability to lift to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
  • Exposure to variable temperatures
  • May be required to work in narrow spaces

  • Previous experience as a club runner preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors
  • Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables when needed
  • Keep food and beverage areas well stocked and clean
  • Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments
  • Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of relevant information including service, food and beverage, and guest notes
