Job Requirements
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
- Ability to lift to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- May be required to work in narrow spaces
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
- Previous experience as a club runner preferred
- Friendly disposition
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors
- Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables when needed
- Keep food and beverage areas well stocked and clean
- Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments
- Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of relevant information including service, food and beverage, and guest notes
