Known for its inclusive atmosphere and dedication to member satisfaction, Courthouse Club Fitness focuses on creating a supportive and motivating space where individuals of all fitness levels can pursue their health goals. With flexible hours spanning from early morning to late evening and operations throughout the weekends, Courthouse Club Fitness demonstrates its commitment to accessibility and convenience for its diverse member base.

The role of Club Associate at Courthouse Club Fitness is crucial in shaping the member experience as the primary face of the club. Available as both full-time and part-time positions, this role reports directly to the Assistant Club Director and offers competitive hourly pay with potential healthcare benefits based on eligibility. Club Associates are entrusted with a wide variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring every member and guest receives exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door. These individuals are the welcoming presence who guide new members through enrollment processes, handle billing inquiries with patience and clarity, and maintain a high standard of hospitality throughout the club.

Club Associates actively contribute to sales efforts by conducting club tours, explaining membership options, and promoting supplemental programs and retail products. They play an integral part in cultivating a community atmosphere by providing personal and thoughtful interactions that make each visit memorable. In addition to member services, the Club Associate role involves managing the CoffeeBar by preparing artisan espresso drinks and protein smoothies as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail and coffee service areas.

Beyond front-of-house duties, Club Associates are tasked with upholding the Courthouse Club’s appearance and operational standards through regular cleaning, restocking, towel service management, and pool chemical checks. This multi-faceted position suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing roles, enjoy multitasking with professionalism, and are passionate about fitness, wellness, and community building. The Club Associate position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their hospitality and customer service skills within a thriving fitness environment and be part of a supportive, team-oriented company that values growth and member engagement.
