Job Duties
- Greet guests with energy and professionalism at the front desk
- Guide pup parents through the "I'm Here" check-in process for pet care services
- Review daily appointments, prep food bins, and ensure every pup is ready to roll
- Oversee grooming appointment flow and client coordination
- Manage incoming messages in Gladly communication platform via text, email, and live chat
- Resolve client questions with clarity, empathy, and follow-through
- Upsell services like bar memberships and grooming add-ons when it’s the right fit
- Work alongside all other teams to keep operations running smoothly
