  • Availability to work full-time or part-time, including mornings
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple communication channels such as text, email, and live chat
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with energy and professionalism at the front desk
  • Guide pup parents through the "I'm Here" check-in process for pet care services
  • Review daily appointments, prep food bins, and ensure every pup is ready to roll
  • Oversee grooming appointment flow and client coordination
  • Manage incoming messages in Gladly communication platform via text, email, and live chat
  • Resolve client questions with clarity, empathy, and follow-through
  • Upsell services like bar memberships and grooming add-ons when it’s the right fit
  • Work alongside all other teams to keep operations running smoothly
