The Dinner Server role at Cloud Camp is a vital position responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through attentive service of a four-course plated dinner paired with a comprehensive beverage program. The server acts as an ambassador of Cloud Camp's high standards, ensuring each guest's dietary needs and preferences are met with accuracy and care. This position demands a highly motivated individual with prior serving experience, preferably in a fine dining environment, capable of multitasking and maintaining a polished demeanor in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities include answering menu-related questions, recommending food and beverages, preparing and serving beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer, and maintaining constant communication with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow. The Dinner Server must also perform opening and closing duties, uphold safety and hygiene regulations, and assist other departmental staff when necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
