Cloud Camp, operated by The Broadmoor, is recognized as the highest wilderness experience offered by this renowned luxury resort. Situated at an impressive elevation of 9,000 feet, Cloud Camp presents an all-inclusive adult getaway that combines breathtaking natural surroundings with impeccable service and outstanding culinary offerings. The Broadmoor brand, known globally for its Five-Star and Five-Diamond standards, sets a premier level of hospitality that guests consistently expect and receive across every facet of their stay. Cloud Camp epitomizes this commitment, offering visitors an unforgettable blend of extraordinary accommodations, world-class food and beverage options, and a variety of daily activities designed to inspire and delight.

The role of Dinner Server at Cloud Camp is vital in upholding these esteemed service standards. As a Dinner Server, you will be integral in creating exceptional dining experiences for guests during the exclusive four-course plated dinners served each evening. This position is seasonal and pays an attractive rate of $19.50 per hour, reflecting the premium nature of the service and the exquisite environment in which it is delivered. Servers at Cloud Camp are more than just staff; they are ambassadors of The Broadmoor’s prestigious reputation, required to maintain impeccable service quality that exceeds expectations consistently.

Your responsibilities will encompass expertly serving the plated dinners while guiding guests through the menu with detailed knowledge and confidence. Understanding guests' dietary restrictions and allergies is crucial for ensuring their safety and satisfaction. This role also demands proficiency in bartending, including mixing a variety of beverages, serving wines, beers, and cocktails, and maintaining compliance with Colorado’s liquor laws. Effective communication with kitchen staff forms a critical part of your duties to ensure seamless service and timely delivery.

At Cloud Camp, guest interaction extends beyond mere food service; you will be expected to anticipate needs, respond attentively to individual requests, and maintain awareness throughout the meal to create a flawless dining timeline. Your duties will include bussing tables and managing opening and closing procedures while adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards that reflect The Broadmoor’s commitment to operational excellence.

As a trusted team member, you will also support other dining room staff and departments, such as culinary and stewarding, showcasing flexibility and a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced environment. The ability to proficiently utilize the Point of Sales system is necessary to ensure accurate order processing and billing. Embracing The Broadmoor’s policies and procedures, you will contribute to a workplace culture that values safety, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy delivering world-class service and aspire to grow within a prestigious hospitality brand. Cloud Camp provides a unique setting that pairs the tranquility of wilderness with the rigor of luxury resort standards. As a Dinner Server, you will not only serve exquisite meals but also play a key role in creating cherished memories for guests seeking a once-in-a-lifetime retreat.
