This job posting is for a restaurant position in an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise. This franchisee operates the restaurant under the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but it is a separate company from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Therefore, if hired, you become an employee of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This ensures that the franchise has autonomy in running its operations and shaping its workplace culture independently.
