Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant or fast food management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- capability to handle cash and maintain security procedures
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

- lead shift team by assigning positions and managing floor operations
- monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality
- enforce food safety procedures and operational compliance
- manage labor deployment and control costs
- train and coach crew members on procedures and brand standards
- communicate shift performance and resolve guest complaints
