Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in restaurant or fast food management
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • capability to handle cash and maintain security procedures
  • excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in fast food or restaurant management preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • proficiency in cash handling and inventory management

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • lead shift team by assigning positions and managing floor operations
  • monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality
  • enforce food safety procedures and operational compliance
  • manage labor deployment and control costs
  • train and coach crew members on procedures and brand standards
  • communicate shift performance and resolve guest complaints
