Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a fast food or restaurant management role preferred
  • certified in McDonald's swing management program
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • capacity to manage stressful situations effectively

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • lead the shift team by directing crew members and assigning positions
  • manage floor operations to ensure exceptional customer experience across all service channels
  • monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality
  • enforce food safety procedures including handwashing and time-temperature controls
  • conduct travel paths and ensure critical control points are followed
  • manage labor deployment to support sales volume and control costs
  • monitor waste and complete product counts
  • safeguard company assets through proper cash-handling and security procedures
  • train and coach crew members on procedures and brand standards
  • provide feedback and recognition to team members
  • address performance issues constructively
  • communicate shift performance and staffing needs to General Manager
  • document incidents and resolve guest complaints professionally
