This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, which allows them to provide the renowned McDonald's dining experience, but remains a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Job Duties
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure shift meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for shift continuity
- manage food safety compliance
- oversee internal communication and inventory management
- ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- manage crew scheduling and training
- ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
