Job Requirements

  • prior leadership experience required
  • flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • willing to perform closing duties including cleaning and equipment maintenance

  • Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage teams effectively
  • experience with shift management and scheduling
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • adaptable and flexible with work hours
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Plan and set up shifts ahead of time to ensure success
  • monitor team performance during shifts
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • manage equipment maintenance and cleanliness at shift end
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers
  • ensure exceptional customer service
  • oversee inventory management
  • communicate effectively with breakfast shift managers to prepare for upcoming shifts
  • manage scheduling and training responsibilities
  • uphold safety and security protocols
