- experience with shift management and scheduling
- knowledge of food safety standards
- adaptable and flexible with work hours
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Plan and set up shifts ahead of time to ensure success
- monitor team performance during shifts
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- manage equipment maintenance and cleanliness at shift end
- provide leadership to crew and other managers
- ensure exceptional customer service
- oversee inventory management
- communicate effectively with breakfast shift managers to prepare for upcoming shifts
- manage scheduling and training responsibilities
- uphold safety and security protocols
