We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our team specifically for closing shifts. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced kitchen settings and who are dedicated to food quality and kitchen organization. As the closing Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking menu items to the club's established recipes and presentation standards. You will ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency throughout the evening service. Beyond cooking, the position requires maintaining a clean and efficient workstation, assisting with prep and stocking as needed, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols, and completing all closing duties thoroughly. These duties include cleaning kitchen equipment, breaking down stations, storing and labeling food properly, and securing the kitchen to prepare for the following day. This position demands a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and collaboration with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Working the closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, you will help uphold the club's reputation for exceptional cuisine and service excellence. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable and able to work evening and closing shifts
  • Comfortable working in a high-temperature kitchen environment
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
