Job Requirements

at least 2 years experience in a volume bar environment
minimum 1 year experience with craft cocktails and/or fine dining
thorough knowledge of spirits and wines
knowledge of mixology techniques
understanding of flavor pairings
impeccable customer service skills
ability to assess customer satisfaction
enforce alcohol consumption policies
accountability for inventory management
ability to operate restaurant systems
strong communication skills
physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds
flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
proficiency in English communication

Job Qualifications

minimum 1 year experience in craft cocktails or fine dining
detailed knowledge of spirits and wines
proficient in mixology for traditional and creative cocktails

ability to enforce company policies and maintain inventory accountability

Job Duties

oversee daily bar operations during shifts
recognize all VIP guests and build relationships
ensure all side work, stations, and breaks are organized
uphold service standards and assist team members
complete administrative tasks such as voids, comps, transfers, and operate restaurant systems
host daily shift meetings and report operations
maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the bar area
