Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work the close/overnight shift from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- Ability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Willingness to participate in digital and hands-on training
- Able to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Dependable and punctual attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly smile
- Take accurate orders at the counter, Drive-Thru, or kiosk
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
- Ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- Prepare all menu items according to McDonald’s standards
- Assemble orders quickly and accurately
- Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
- Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Stock and rotate products properly
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness
- Communicate clearly with team members and managers
- Support teammates during busy shifts
- Be dependable and punctual
- Contribute to a positive, respectful work environment
