Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in guest services or bellman role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and frequently carry objects up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for significant periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Follow all FORBES standards
- Call all vehicles over the radio and confirm with main gate
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with valet managers and runners
- Open and close all guest doors
- Greet all guests appropriately
- Remove all luggage from vehicles and load onto bell carts
- Escort Cloister guests to front desk and introduce to front desk agent by name
