The organization is known for fostering a supportive work environment where professionals can thrive, develop their skills, and contribute to meaningful patient outcomes. They emphasize a culture of growth, collaboration, and dedication to quality care in the home health sector. Maxim Healthcare offers competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement tailored specifically for medical professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs).
The role of RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health at Maxim Healthcare blends the vital aspects of direct clinical oversight with leadership and administrative responsibilities. This position is designed for experienced Registered Nurses seeking to elevate their careers beyond typical bedside nursing. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the continuum of care, from patient admission through discharge, ensuring that all care practices align with the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role demands a balance of hands-on patient care coordination and managing the day-to-day functions of nursing staff. Offering a stable Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours, the position promotes work-life balance and provides a structure that supports personal and professional well-being.
Alongside the core supervisory duties, the Clinical Supervisor also contributes to the professional development of the nursing team by conducting caregiver orientation, competency evaluations, and leading ongoing training initiatives. The role includes both office-based administrative tasks and fieldwork, which involves visiting patients in their homes to assess and support care plans. Maxim Healthcare offers a competitive base salary range of $90,000 to $95,000, with an additional $5,000 annual bonus potential, weekly paychecks, mileage and cell phone expense reimbursements, and flexible scheduling options after the initial training period. The company’s robust benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, recognition programs, and various wellness and financial security benefits. This comprehensive approach ensures that Clinical Supervisors are supported both professionally and personally.
Joining Maxim Healthcare as an RN Clinical Supervisor means becoming part of a collaborative team dedicated to making a lasting impact on patients’ lives while advancing your nursing career in a dynamic and fulfilling role. It offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, contribute to a culture of excellence, and enjoy a rewarding career with excellent compensation and benefits.
