CLINICAL SUPERVISOR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT (FT NIGHTS)

This role is an essential position within Henderson Hospital, entailing significant leadership and clinical responsibilities. The individual in this position assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning, coordination, and delivery of both direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, care partners, and other relevant parties. They orchestrate the activities of multi-disciplinary team members and guide nursing staff to ensure effective, safe, and high-quality health outcomes are achieved. This position demands professional leadership, collaboration, and support for the healthcare team while overseeing and guiding employees under their supervision. The foundation of this role is anchored in Patient Centered Care and adherence to Service Excellence standards. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring nursing care practices align with the hospital’s vision, mission, and goals, with an emphasis on cultivating a respectful, safe, compassionate, and patient-focused environment.
