The role of Clinical Receptionist within Penn Dental Medicine’s Patient Financial Services department is integral to delivering superior patient experiences. The Clinical Receptionist supports clinical departments by managing patient scheduling, addressing patient needs, updating accounts, and ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow. Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to speak and write Spanish fluently preferred
  • experience with Windows-based software required
  • one to two years of experience in a professional office setting
  • knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures preferred
  • excellent customer service skills required
  • excellent oral and written communication skills required

  • review appointment book to maintain productive and efficient patient flow
