The organization is dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating meaningful opportunities through advocacy, education, and personalized care, focusing on the one-in-four Americans living with disabilities. Their comprehensive service offerings not only enhance quality of life but also empower individuals and families to achieve greater independence and fulfillment in their communities.

The current opportunity is for a specialized role under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), including Associate Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director. Staying current with new research, trends, and best practices in autism, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education, and related fields is a continuous expectation.

Effective and professional communication with participants and their families is paramount, with a focus on promptly addressing parental concerns and needs. The individual must demonstrate excellent clinical, administrative, and leadership skills and commit to maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and discretion.

This role also requires flexibility with up to 30% local travel and the ability to work in various environments, some with exposure to challenging conditions such as noise, dust, or bodily fluids.
