Banner Health is a leading nonprofit health care system renowned for its commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to communities across the United States. As one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the country, Banner Health combines the stability of a successful health care provider with a culture rooted in values and integrity. Their extensive network of facilities serves diverse populations, ensuring access to cutting-edge medical technology and a comprehensive range of health services. Located in Northern Colorado, Banner North Colorado Medical Center operates as a 378-bed Level II trauma center and acute care hospital. It provides extensive inpatient and outpatient services encompassing specialties such as medical, pediatric, obstetric, orthopedic, surgical, cardiac, cancer, and critical care. The center serves a broad region that includes parts of Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado, emphasizing community-focused and specialty medical services. This facility is particularly noted for its state-of-the-art Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, a premier destination for cancer diagnosis and treatment in Northern Colorado. The hospital's location is in a dynamic region offering a high quality of life, with scenic mountain views and a thriving local culture, ideal for those seeking both professional challenges and lifestyle amenities.

The Senior Clinical Nutrition Manager position at Banner North Colorado Medical Center presents an exciting leadership opportunity within the Culinary and Nutrition department. This role is a salaried position primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekend and holiday on-call rotations. The manager will oversee operations across multiple campuses, including Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins, with additional remote support for rural clinics. In this role, the Senior Clinical Nutrition Manager will carry significant responsibility for managing clinical nutrition programs across inpatient, outpatient, and other specialized areas within the hospital system. Leadership responsibilities include directing staff, developing clinical nutrition policies, managing budgets, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency. The role involves supervising staff development through selection, training, performance evaluation, and motivation, fostering a professional environment conducive to achieving departmental and organizational goals. Budget oversight for labor and supplies and resource management is a key component of this position, requiring strong financial acumen and operational expertise. Another critical aspect of this role is the design and delivery of patient and staff nutrition education programs, ensuring that all care meets the highest standards of clinical practice and compliance with regulatory requirements. The manager will set and maintain patient nutrition care standards, implement audit systems, and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders—which include healthcare providers, patients and families, vendors, and regulatory agencies—to ensure integrated, quality nutrition care services. This position demands both extensive knowledge of clinical nutrition and leadership capabilities necessary to manage a complex, multi-site clinical nutrition program within a busy hospital environment. Candidates must be Registered Dietitians with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics and hold current licensure. A master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or business administration is preferred to meet the evolving professional standards and to support strategic leadership and program development. Banner Health’s supportive work culture, combined with competitive salaries ranging from $35.37 to $58.95 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a clear pathway for career advancement, makes this an attractive role for qualified clinical nutrition leaders seeking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
