The Senior Clinical Nutrition Manager position at Banner North Colorado Medical Center presents an exciting leadership opportunity within the Culinary and Nutrition department. This role is a salaried position primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekend and holiday on-call rotations. The manager will oversee operations across multiple campuses, including Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins, with additional remote support for rural clinics. In this role, the Senior Clinical Nutrition Manager will carry significant responsibility for managing clinical nutrition programs across inpatient, outpatient, and other specialized areas within the hospital system. Leadership responsibilities include directing staff, developing clinical nutrition policies, managing budgets, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency. The role involves supervising staff development through selection, training, performance evaluation, and motivation, fostering a professional environment conducive to achieving departmental and organizational goals. Budget oversight for labor and supplies and resource management is a key component of this position, requiring strong financial acumen and operational expertise. Candidates must be Registered Dietitians with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics and hold current licensure. A master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or business administration is preferred to meet the evolving professional standards and to support strategic leadership and program development.
