Clinical Nursing Director

With approximately 30 weekly cases led by four specialty physicians, the center offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule and consistent case flow centered around vascular and image-guided interventions.

The Clinical Nursing Director will lead perioperative operations within a highly specialized vascular program. This position is ideal for a hands-on nursing leader who enjoys building strong clinical teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced yet highly organized setting. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Nurse Administrator will oversee nursing operations including staffing coordination, sterile processing, infection prevention, conscious sedation compliance, supply management, and policy development. This role requires close collaboration with OR nurses, PACU staff, technologists, anesthesia providers, and administrative partners to ensure smooth daily operations and readiness for accreditation surveys.
