Job Requirements
- registered nurse license
- minimum five years nursing experience including perioperative care
- leadership experience in a surgical or ambulatory center setting
- familiarity with vascular and image-guided procedures
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively and lead multidisciplinary teams
Job Qualifications
- background in perioperative services including OR, PACU, critical care, emergency services, interventional radiology, cath lab, or vascular procedural environments
- prior leadership experience in ambulatory surgery center or outpatient surgical setting
- strong clinical team-building skills
- proficiency in workflow optimization
- knowledge of infection control and sedation protocols
- excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
