Job Requirements
- Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
- Bachelors preferred
- Must have current uninhibited Texas RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Three years of operating room or critical care experience
- Three years of RN management experience
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse
- Must be familiar with State and CMS regulations for accreditation of Outpatient Surgery or Hospital
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional school of Nursing

- Three years of RN management experience
- Experience in outpatient surgery area is a plus
- Good command of English language, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse
- Familiarity with State and CMS regulations for accreditation of Outpatient Surgery or Hospital
Job Duties
- Oversee and develop the ambulatory surgical center's clinical departments
- Hire, evaluate, mentor, schedule, and supervise clinical staff
- Implement staff development programs and quality assurance initiatives
- Monitor budgets for clinical service programs
- Collaborate effectively with management team members
- Develop and plan strategies for program growth and business sustainability
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as Joint Commission and CMS
- Attend all mandatory in-services, meetings, and annual safety and competency education sessions
- Act in accordance with the vision, mission, and business of the Center
