The Clinical Guest Coordinator is a pivotal full-time position within our Outpatient Rehab clinic in Lansing, MI. This role is designed to foster a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring that every patient’s first interaction with the clinic is positive and smooth. The Clinical Guest Coordinator serves as the frontline representative who greets patients and visitors, manages appointment scheduling, and supports accurate and confidential patient record keeping. As a Clinical Guest Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient flow through effective appointment scheduling both in person and via telephone, thus optimizing provider time and treatment room availability. You will also be tasked with maintaining patient accounts through precise documentation of personal, financial, and insurance information, assisting in revenue collection, and ensuring all administrative processes adhere to the center’s high standards and compliance regulations. Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of medical office or healthcare administrative experience preferred
  • experience with patient scheduling and EMR systems preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
