Proficiency in fundamental computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is required. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree. The Clinical Director is expected to engage actively in all mandatory trainings and center meetings, including safety and competency education sessions. The Clinical Director is responsible for establishing the nursing philosophy and objectives consistent with the center’s vision.
