Currently, Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a full-time Clinical Dietitian I to join the team at Baylor Scott & White Memorial in Temple, Texas. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple is a prestigious, not-for-profit medical center boasting 630 beds and recognized as a Level I Trauma Center. The medical center offers a range of specialized care services including a Cancer Center, Heart and Vascular Institute, Neuroscience Institute, and Transplant Institute. The Clinical Dietitian I role primarily covers medical-surgical (med-surg) units and provides opportunities to enhance Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) skills through hands-on experience.
The Clinical Dietitian I will be integral in assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing individualized nutrition plans aligned with their medical history and current health conditions. This position involves dynamic collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure best practices and clinical protocols are implemented effectively. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or a related field
- Registered Dietitian certification or RD eligible
- Experience in clinical nutrition preferred
- Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams

Job Duties
- Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
