Each level comes with increasing responsibilities, autonomy, and leadership opportunities. For new graduates, this role offers valuable clinical experience and mentorship under the supervision of credentialed Registered Dietitians, as you prepare for credentialing through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Experienced dietitians at Level II and III will find the role offers chances to lead complex case management, contribute to quality improvement projects, precept interns, and take on clinical and professional leadership within the organization. Driscoll Children's Hospital emphasizes professional development, offering tuition reimbursement, training, and continuing education opportunities to help you advance your expertise in pediatric nutrition.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package effective day one, Driscoll Children's Hospital supports employee wellness through programs such as wellness and employee assistance programs, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, generous paid time off including vacation and sick days, adoption assistance, and access to an Employee Care Center for employees and their families. Working here means not only growing professionally but also being part of a supportive community that values balance, health, and growth both inside and outside the workplace.
