Your primary function will be to assist patients, clients, and internal laboratory teams over the phone by managing billing claims, analyzing accounts, and clarifying charges to callers. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in call center or laboratory setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute including 10-key
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- willingness to comply with safety, compliance, and quality control protocols
- ability to work full-time during first shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working in a call center or laboratory
- exceptional communication skills
- proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute including 10-key
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- associate’s degree or medical assistant training preferred
- 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing preferred
- data entry experience in a production environment preferred
