Job Requirements
- AA/AS degree preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a health-related field
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to travel to other clinics regionally
- Ability to work varying shifts including 6 to 12 hours
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- AA/AS degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a health-related field preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate within a technology-enabled clinic environment
- Experience with patient registration systems
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Job Duties
- Greet and register patients
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and uphold brand elements
- Execute opening and closing procedures related to front office activities
- Collect appropriate monies from patients
- Provide excellent customer service over the telephone
- Collaborate with Clinical Concierge colleagues to ensure optimal patient flow
- Support communication throughout the patient visit for seamless clinic operations
