Job Description

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is a premier urgent care provider based in Arlington, Texas, dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services to the North Texas community. As part of Texas Health Resources, one of the largest and most trusted health systems in the region, Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care emphasizes accessibility, convenience, and affordability in healthcare. With its strategic locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and a commitment to opening 20 centers by summer 2021, the organization ensures that patients have timely access to care for minor illnesses and injuries. Open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the centers provide a streamlined healthcare experience with minimal wait times and onsite dispensing of medications, reflecting the organization's focus on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.

The Clinical Concierge role at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is integral to this mission. This full-time position involves working 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly, including rotating days, weekends, and holidays. The Clinical Concierge operates across multiple urgent care locations, primarily at the Arlington site located at 2100 N. Collins Street. This role offers a unique blend of clinical and patient-focused responsibilities designed to optimize patient throughput and enhance the overall consumer experience. Positioned as a key member of the urgent care team, the Clinical Concierge works under the direction of the Site Manager and in close collaboration with healthcare providers and support staff.

The responsibilities of the Clinical Concierge cover a wide spectrum of clinical tasks such as assisting providers during care and treatment, conducting laboratory testing, performing diagnostic x-rays within licensed practice scope, and managing patient flow through registration, vitals collection, and discharge procedures. This role demands a professional demeanor grounded in empathy, discretion, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills to foster trust and comfort among patients and their guests.

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care's rapid expansion and dedication to quality care are evidenced by numerous recent accolades such as the Best in DFW 2024 for Best Urgent Care/Walk-in Clinic, multiple local media recognitions, and the prestigious Commission on Ambulatory and Urgent Care Quality (CAUCQ) Specialty Training Commendation. Employees in this role benefit from comprehensive training programs capable of awarding contact hours toward medical assistant certification renewal.

Becoming a Clinical Concierge at Texas Health Breeze is an opportunity not only to engage in meaningful patient care but also to grow professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment. The organization offers a robust benefits package including 401k plans, paid time off, medical and dental insurance, paid parental leave, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and student loan forgiveness. Additionally, the role promotes continued nursing education, research, and innovation, supported by a strong Unit Based Council and a positive workplace culture.
