The clinical team benefits from a modern clinic environment enabled by the latest technology, a team-based model promoting excellence, and a flexible work schedule that helps balance work-life commitments. Indigo also supports career growth through leadership pathways, mentorship programs, and a tuition reimbursement program covering up to 100% of tuition and fees for full-time employees.

This position offers more than competitive pay; it comes with a comprehensive and robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage with generous employer-paid contributions, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, various retirement saving plans, paid time off including illness and wellness days, and dedicated mental health coaching and services. Indigo Urgent Care is committed to providing an extraordinary work environment for its employees alongside outstanding care for its patients.

Applicants should be prepared to meet licensing and certification requirements specific to Washington or Idaho state regulations.
