Job Description

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is the premier urgent care provider in the Pacific Northwest, operating with a patient-first approach that has earned it over 400,000 five-star reviews. This reputable healthcare organization is dedicated to transforming the healthcare experience by making it more accessible, simpler, and friendlier. Indigo Urgent Care's presence spans more than 40 clinics across Washington and Idaho, including convenient virtual care services, ensuring that high-quality, timely medical care is delivered where and when patients need it the most. As part of the MultiCare network, Indigo offers a welcoming environment for healthcare professionals passionate about serving diverse communities with a focus on holistic and ethical patient care.

Joining Indigo as a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant offers a tremendous opportunity to significantly expand your healthcare career. This role is designed for medical assistants who are eager to deepen their clinical skills while providing excellent patient service within a supportive team environment. The position is full-time equivalent (FTE 0.9), with shifts operating from 8 am to 8 pm on a schedule composed of three 12-hour shifts. Indigo offers a competitive pay range from $22.34 to $32.14 per hour, influenced by experience, certification, and education. Additionally, the role includes unique earning potential with layered incentive premiums – $2.50 per hour as an Indigo Premium, $1.75 per hour for X-Ray certification, and $1.25 per hour weekend differentials. Employees also benefit from extra shift opportunities, float incentives, and a monthly Indigo Incentive Program with payouts up to $300.

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant role involves a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities within the scope of the Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license. You will collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, front-office personnel, and clinic management to streamline patient care and ensure positive health outcomes. Patient advocacy and delivering compassionate, ethical care to a diverse population are central tenets of the role. The position emphasizes creating a safe, supportive atmosphere that respects patient dignity and autonomy while fostering a team-based care culture free of patient panels.

Indigo values innovation and encourages the involvement of its team members in shaping effective healthcare delivery. The company supports career advancement with leadership pathways, mentoring roles, and a robust tuition reimbursement program covering up to 100% of tuition and fees or up to $5,250 for full-time employees annually (and $2,500 for part-time employees). The position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage, with generous employer contributions. The package also provides retirement savings plans and an inclusive wellness program featuring mental health coaching and support services, emphasizing work-life balance and employee well-being.

This role is ideal for experienced medical assistants licensed in Washington or Idaho, who have a commitment to quality patient care and eager to work in a modern, technology-enabled clinic environment. The supportive culture and flexible scheduling allow professionals to balance work with their personal passions while making significant positive impacts within their communities. If you are a detail-oriented, compassionate medical assistant seeking to grow professionally in a collaborative, patient-centered setting, this opportunity with Indigo Urgent Care could be the next exciting step in your healthcare career.
