The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant Senior (MA Sr) role at INTEGRIS Health AllSet Urgent Care in Oklahoma City Metro is a full-time, day shift position designed for experienced clinical professionals who thrive in dynamic ambulatory care settings. This position extends beyond direct patient care— the MA Sr acts as a mentor for new entry-level Medical Assistants, assisting with orientation and continuous staff development, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. In this pivotal role, the Clinical Concierge MA Sr performs a broad array of clinical duties ranging from obtaining vital signs and patient histories to performing venipuncture, administering lab tests, managing x-rays, and handling patient referrals and phone messages as directed by providers or clinical supervisors. Maintaining stringent adherence to National Patient Safety Goals and demonstrating age-related competencies are critical facets of this position. The MA Sr functions as a crucial liaison between providers and patients, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive care coordination. This position demands a high level of clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and patient-focused compassion, all while managing a high volume of patient interactions and contributing to seamless clinic operations.
