Designed with the patient’s convenience and needs in mind, Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care specializes in treating minor illnesses and injuries such as allergies, earaches, sprains, and strains. The healthcare network is part of Texas Health Resources, one of the largest and most trusted health systems in the region. Open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care prides itself on minimal wait times and the ability for most patients to leave with medications in hand, ensuring quick and efficient care. The network plans to expand significantly, aiming to open 20 locations throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area by summer 2021.
Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care has been consistently recognized for its excellence, receiving multiple awards including the Gold Best Urgent Care/Walk-in Clinic award from Dallas Morning News in 2024 and several local readers’ choice awards across North Texas. The centers have also earned the Commission on Ambulatory and Urgent Care Quality (CAUCQ) Specialty Training Commendation, highlighting their commitment to formalized training in urgent care excellence, both clinically and in patient experience.
The Clinical Concierge LMRT role at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care in Burleson, Texas, is a full-time position involving scheduled shifts of 12 hours, three times a week. The Clinical Concierge serves as a vital member of the urgent care team, working under the Site Manager’s direction and closely collaborating with providers and other clinical staff. This role floats across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations, providing flexibility and varied clinical exposure. The Clinical Concierge is dedicated to enhancing the patient experience by guiding consumers and their guests throughout the entire visit, maximizing throughput, and delivering high-quality clinical care.
The position incorporates a broad scope of clinical responsibilities including assisting providers with patient care and treatment, conducting laboratory tests and diagnostic x-ray examinations, patient registration, collection of payments, rooming, and patient discharge. The Clinical Concierge must be proficient in radiology, including chest, extremities, skull, and spine x-rays, and must hold an LMRT license issued by the Texas Medical Board. Medical Assistant Certification is preferred, especially for those who will perform injections. The role requires strong communication, clinical skills, and a compassionate demeanor to foster a professional, empathetic relationship with patients and their families.
This job demands a high level of discretion, good judgment, diplomacy, and decision-making skills while maintaining a patient-first attitude. The Clinical Concierge is also responsible for managing clinical supplies, performing quality checks throughout the facility, differentiating urgent and emergent cases, and supporting providers in emergency care, including BLS and oxygen administration. The role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth, supported by an engaged team culture and robust educational programs that help maintain certification and clinical competencies. Additional perks include comprehensive benefits such as 401k, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, and more.
