The Clinical Concierge Licensed Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) position at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is a dynamic and critical role within the urgent care team. This full-time position is based out of the Flower Mound location and requires working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule including days, weekends, and holidays. The role requires a high degree of clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills to foster consumer trust, comfort, and understanding while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Additional responsibilities include emergency patient recognition and response, quality assurance tasks, and maintaining adequate supplies and inventory to support uninterrupted care delivery. The organization prides itself on innovation in nursing practice and the collaborative culture fostered across its locations.

Employees benefit from comprehensive perks such as 401k, paid time off, medical and dental insurance, paid parental leave, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and student loan forgiveness programs. Additionally, the role offers the chance to earn continuing education contact hours during orientation, which supports career advancement and certification maintenance.
