The Clinic Services Specialist position, also known as the Clinic Receptionist or Patient Access Specialist, is a vital role within the Legacy Health system. This role serves as the welcoming face of our clinics, playing a crucial part in creating a positive first impression for patients as they enter our facilities. The Clinic Services Specialist is responsible for managing daily front-office operations with precision, compassion, and efficiency. Your role involves scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance, assisting with patient registration, handling co-pay collections, and balancing financial deposits. Beyond administrative duties, you will be a resource for other clinic staff, providing problem-solving support and mentoring teammates when needed. This position sometimes involves limited coding and charge entry, requiring attention to detail and a basic understanding of medical terminology.

This full-time employment opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage range from $21.25 to $30.39, reflecting the importance of the role and the value Legacy Health places on its team members. The position demands strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, and a passion for patient-centered healthcare. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments and demonstrate initiative and self-direction to support both patients and colleagues alike.

Legacy Health prioritizes employee growth, offering structured career pathways including leadership roles in front-office functions and exposure to revenue cycle positions. Employees benefit from working within an inclusive culture that emphasizes team collaboration, work-life balance, and well-being resources. The organization also provides competitive health benefits starting on day one, free parking across multiple clinic locations, and employee discounts on entertainment and other perks. Legacy Health actively promotes diversity and inclusiveness through various employee resource groups, ensuring a workplace where everyone can grow and succeed.

Becoming a Clinic Services Specialist at Legacy Health means being more than a receptionist – it means being a vital part of a caring healthcare community that values your contributions and invests in your future. If you are ready to embrace a rewarding role that makes a daily difference for patients and provides a path for professional growth, consider joining Legacy Health’s team.
