The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) role within the Pediatric Endocrinology specialty at Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center is a full-time, day shift position offering regular Monday through Friday hours from 8am to 5pm, with no weekend duties required. This position plays a critical role in managing patient care coordination, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring optimized patient outcomes through comprehensive assessment, planning, and monitoring.

As a Clinic RN, you will apply your nursing expertise to evaluate patient conditions, identify potential health issues, and develop individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of pediatric endocrinology patients. The position requires a strong dedication to patient safety, quality care delivery, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
