With its headquarters and extensive operations across the United States, Mondelēz International plays a vital role in bringing consumers the perfect snack at the perfect moment. The company's U.S. facilities host a significant manufacturing footprint encompassing corporate offices, sales, manufacturing, and distribution centers, all designed to ensure the availability of their beloved products throughout the nation. This role demands a commitment to executing all standard work processes related to equipment and maintenance, including both autonomous and progressive maintenance protocols, while rigorously upholding safety and quality assurance standards.

Functioning as a key contributor to Mondelēz International's mission, the Maintenance Parts Coordinator is responsible for receiving shipments, verifying packing slips and invoices, stocking parts accurately, and supporting procurement activities including vendor communications and purchase order management. Additionally, the role encompasses barcoding inventory for tracking purposes, assembling and issuing kits, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, and maintaining a well-organized, secure parts storage area to maximize operational efficiency. The coordinator also assists with change management processes and identifies opportunities for improvement in spending and stock turnover.

Mondelēz International emphasizes growth and development for its team members, and this role offers an excellent platform for individuals who bring a blend of technical skills, organizational acumen, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit. Prospective candidates should be prepared to work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and community partners while driving continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced, dynamic food production environment.

This full-time position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM and offers an hourly wage of $26.81 with a target annual incentive program of 5% of the salary. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, wellness programs, family support services, life and disability insurance, 401K retirement plans, paid leave, education programs, holidays, and vacation time. Mondelēz International values its people and provides a robust, supportive, and rewarding environment to foster long-term career success.
