The firm caters to a diverse clientele, including small to medium-sized businesses, individuals, growth technology companies, financial institutions, commercial real estate investors and developers, as well as international companies conducting business in the United States. Strategy Law operates with a clear set of core values that embody personal accountability, respect, integrity, teamwork, achievement, autonomy, collaboration, and a commitment to maintaining a balanced work-family-fun environment. The culture within Strategy Law emphasizes professionalism balanced with a friendly and fun atmosphere, fostering a workplace where employees are motivated to contribute their best while feeling supported and valued.
The role of Client Support Specialist/Front Desk Coordinator is a full-time, in-office position requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation ranges from $26 to $30 per hour depending on experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and profit sharing. This role is integral to the daily operation of the firm and serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, necessitating a warm, professional presence and exceptional communication skills.
The Client Support Specialist/Front Desk Coordinator will manage a variety of responsibilities ranging from answering and appropriately routing phone calls, handling potential client inquiries professionally, greeting and assisting clients and visitors, to managing conference room schedules and maintaining office and kitchen supplies. This position also includes administrative duties such as managing the new client intake process—from initial contact through coordination with the responsible attorney—which involves running conflict checks, preparing and tracking Legal Services Agreements, and Conflict Waivers. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure while ensuring client confidentiality is strictly maintained.
Strategy Law values employees who demonstrate accountability, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal applicant will be friendly, outgoing, punctual, and capable of making positive first impressions both on the phone and in person. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with a minimum of two years’ prior office experience. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to grow professionally within a highly regarded legal environment and work alongside a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence and community building.
