Known for its innovative approach, The Freeman Company supports businesses in achieving their event goals seamlessly while adapting to the evolving landscape of live events.

The Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics role is a pivotal position within The Freeman Company’s Growth (Sales) team, specifically supporting the Show Organizer group. This role is designed for a highly organized, client-focused professional who will act as the lead point of contact in the planning and execution of high-profile events, typically managing budgets up to $1 million per event. The role demands providing an excellent end-to-end planning and service experience, offering expert consultation and handling all aspects of logistics to ensure client satisfaction and successful event delivery. The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating cross-departmental teams, overseeing the event lifecycle from planning to onsite execution, and ensuring adherence to budgets.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring the candidate to work 2-3 days per week in the office or onsite at event locations, primarily in Las Vegas, NV. The Client Solutions Manager will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams including Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, and Operations, acting as a crucial liaison between clients and these departments. This dynamic role also involves travel, with an expected travel commitment of 25% to 50%, as the manager will need to be onsite for event move-in through move-out phases. This role is essential in maintaining and growing client and venue partnerships, managing invoices, quoting prices, and supporting sales and client relationship teams to renew and expand business. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with substantial tradeshow coordination or event management experience who are eager to drive excellence in large-scale event logistics and client relations.
