The Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics role is a critical position within Freeman’s Growth (Sales) team, specifically supporting their Show Organizer group. This hybrid role, based primarily in Orlando, FL, combines in-office work with on-site event management, typically requiring presence 3-4 days a week. The Client Solutions Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, spearheading the planning, coordination, and execution of event logistics to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Responsible for managing events with budgets up to $1 million, this manager must balance client expectations, budgetary constraints, and operational requirements. They facilitate communication between clients and multiple internal departments including Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, and Operations. This collaborative approach ensures all facets of the event align with client goals and meet high quality standards.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex event programs, juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. They bring strong customer service and relationship management skills, combined with a keen ability to use event management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams for efficient planning and communication. Traveling 25 percent to 50 percent of the time to event locations, the Client Solutions Manager oversees events from move-in through move-out, maintaining and growing relationships with clients and venues alike. This role also involves proactive budget management, timely invoicing, and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance client partnerships and company growth.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event sales, event account management, event project management, or a related event services environment
- strong customer service, client relationship management, and organizational skills with the ability to support complex event programs
- ability to quickly learn and navigate event management, CRM, project management, and other internal/external business systems
- demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple events, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, for event planning, reporting, and client communications
- bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience required

Job Duties
- Lead and manage events up to $1 million per event
- work with Show Organizer clients to produce events once the business has been sold
- manage client requirements, expectations, and scope changes per event
- liaise between client and Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, Operations, and other Freeman departments
- travel to show location to manage event from move-in through move-out
- responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to client
- maintain knowledge of all products and service offerings and assist in upsell to existing clients beyond current contract
- quote prices and manage budgets
- partner with Business Development and Client Relationship teams to renew client business
- translate client requirements by working within internal systems to disseminate information to appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure successful onsite execution
- may be primary producing lead or part of a team on the execution of events
- responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with facilities/venues
- entertain clients as necessary
