The Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics is a pivotal role within Freeman's Growth (Sales) team. This position involves leading and managing comprehensive event planning and logistics to provide clients with a seamless and well-rounded service experience. Serving as the primary point of contact, the Client Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event execution, from initial planning through to flawless onsite delivery, ensuring adherence to client budgets and expectations. This role demands superior organizational, consultative, and leadership skills to coordinate efforts between various internal departments including Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, and Operations.
Operating primarily in a hybrid schedule, the Client Solutions Manager will spend 2-3 days per week at the show site, typically in San Antonio, TX. The role requires significant travel, about 25% to 50% of the time, to manage events in different locations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale events with budgets up to $1 million, providing high-level client service, managing scope changes, and ensuring accurate invoicing and budget control. Beyond managing existing contracts, the role also involves maintaining and expanding client and facility partnerships, supporting business development efforts, and being adaptable to working either as a primary producing lead or as part of a team for event delivery.
This position is critical to Freeman’s mission of leveraging a century of expertise to transform live events into dynamic, engaging experiences. It offers an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about event logistics, client relations, and strategic execution to contribute meaningfully to a globally recognized company. The role supports a collaborative culture within a forward-thinking organization dedicated to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being, providing a fulfilling career path for qualified candidates.
