We are currently seeking a Client Services Technician 1 (Sample Receiving/Courier) to join our team. This entry-level position plays a vital role in our operations by managing the receipt and dispatch of environmental samples, ensuring that all materials are correctly handled and shipped to appropriate Pace laboratories for analysis. The position operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing consistent work hours and a chance to contribute meaningfully to scientific progress and public health.

As a Client Services Technician at Pace, you will be responsible for driving to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and deliver necessary supplies. You will manage the unloading, receiving, and triaging of samples to determine their type and prepare them for shipment. Your duties will include unpacking and repacking coolers, assembling client sample kits, maintaining adequate supply levels, and keeping your workspace clean and organized. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow guidelines and instructions carefully, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
