Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or client operations
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfort with systems and technology
  • Willingness to undergo training
  • Series 7 preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday on a structured schedule

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Series 7 preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Retirement planning knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

  • Be the primary point of contact for a group of financial advisor firms
  • Provide outstanding service by answering 35-40 calls and 10 emails daily related to account maintenance, cost basis, transfers, and retirement plans
  • Build strong relationships and deliver efficient resolutions through training and proactive support
  • Navigate advisor platforms and systems (training provided)
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and custodians
  • Track all client interactions through Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups
