Job Description
This Client Services Representative (CSR) position is offered by a healthcare clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and efficient care to its clients. The clinic operates with a strong commitment to values such as integrity, teamwork, respect, compassion, and accountability, which shape the work environment and service standards. As a community-focused healthcare provider, the clinic emphasizes a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients and visitors, supporting seamless interactions between clients and clinical staff. It fosters a culture of support where employees at all levels contribute to delivering a superior client experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy regulations such as HIPAA.
The Client Services Representative functions as the essential first contact for clients, visitors, and staff, responsible for ensuring a helpful and professional reception. This role is fundamental to the front desk operations of the clinic, which include answering a high volume of incoming calls, scheduling and confirming client appointments, and verifying insurance details meticulously. The CSR is also expected to perform key administrative responsibilities, such as auditing paperwork for accuracy and overseeing financial transactions including managing a cash drawer. Maintaining client confidentiality in all activities is paramount, reflecting the clinic's dedication to privacy and security.
This position requires an individual who can effectively multitask and collaborate within a team-oriented environment, supporting smooth clinic operations through flexible work arrangements—including potential travel to other clinic locations and working extended hours or Saturdays as needed. The CSR also contributes to clinical support by conducting client urinary drug screenings and assisting with recording vital signs, enhancing the overall client care process. Details such as presenting a professional image, demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication, and adhering to established office procedures reflect the importance of reliability and professionalism in this role.
Candidates for this role should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment operation, including printers and copiers, alongside efficient typing skills. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate and organized documentation, exercising discretion with confidential information, and adapting to shifting priorities to maintain operational efficiency. Performance evaluations focus on consistency in supporting smooth office functions and alignment with the core values of integrity, teamwork, respect, compassion, and accountability, which are integral to the clinic's mission.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual seeking a client-facing position within a healthcare setting where meaningful work, community impact, and adherence to high ethical standards are valued. The CSR role offers the chance to develop strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while being part of a collaborative team dedicated to quality client services and health outcomes. Employment details regarding the salary and schedule can be discussed upon application but expect a dynamic work environment that supports professional growth and a meaningful career in healthcare support services.
