The Client Services Manager position at OVG plays a vital role in supporting corporate partners and premium clients. This role is integral to ensuring an exceptional service experience tailored to meet client needs, contributing to overall account satisfaction, contract retention, and revenue growth. Reporting in collaboration with the Director of Partnerships and Premium Seating Manager, the Client Services Manager is a key player in developing and nurturing client relationships, driving upsell opportunities, and maximizing sales of premium seating packages and sponsorships. This is a full-time role with an annual salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, with additional commission eligibility, recognizing the direct impact of successful sales initiatives.
The Client Services Manager will be expected to actively engage in all facets of client service including managing corporate partner accounts, assisting with premium seating sales, group ticket sales, securing sponsorships, and providing superior event-day services at OVG venues. This person will also help design sales proposals, coordinate internal communications, and participate in industry networking events representing OVG's values and services. This role demands strong communication skills, a flexible schedule inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a proactive approach to client service excellence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and sales initiatives
- Ability to perform cold calling and lead prospecting
- Must be able to represent the company professionally at networking events
- Ability to create and deliver sales proposals
- Capacity to coordinate with multiple departments and manage internal communications
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar working environment
- Experience in the marketplace preferred
- Proven track record managing partnership inventory or sales agreements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, public relations, business administration, hospitality management, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, operational leaders, and senior executives
Job Duties
- Provide service and support to all corporate partner and premium clients aiming for account satisfaction and retention
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to capture upsell, referral, and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships and Premium Seating Manager to achieve annual revenue goals
- Assist Premium Seating Manager with sales of premium seating packages for hockey games and concerts
- Sell premium packages related to special events and concerts
- Manage group ticket sales for hockey, family shows, concerts, and theater events
- Secure single event sponsorships and one-off activations
- Prospect new leads and conduct cold calls to secure appointments
- Act as primary premium services manager during Akins Ford Arena events, ensuring staff training and client issue resolution
- Participate in premium service team training
- Available for select sales presentations as needed
- Service clients through multiple communication channels including direct contact and corporate gatherings
- Create new client initiatives
- Assist in designing sales proposals and presentations for premium and corporate partners
- Coordinate with suite concierges, box office staff, and multiple internal departments to ensure superior client service and contract fulfillment
- Handle internal communications, set agendas for department meetings, share signed agreements, contract rentals, and communicate with clients pre-event
- Create season recap reports for corporate partners
- Represent the venue at local networking events
- Perform other duties as assigned
