Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in health care recruiting and marketing
- Preferable experience in private duty or skilled home care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must be tactful and flexible
- Ability to participate in community events and cross marketing efforts

Job Duties
- Receives all referrals and inquiries
- Identifies needs of client
- Meets with potential clients and families to discuss services and handles admission process
- Interviews, screens caregiver applicants and makes hiring decisions
- Supports scheduling when needed
- Tracks all inquiries and follows up regularly
- Monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of the agency
