Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience in health care recruiting and marketing
Preferable experience in private duty or skilled home care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Must be tactful and flexible
Ability to participate in community events and cross marketing efforts

Job Duties

Receives all referrals and inquiries
Identifies needs of client
Meets with potential clients and families to discuss services and handles admission process
Interviews, screens caregiver applicants and makes hiring decisions
Supports scheduling when needed
Tracks all inquiries and follows up regularly
Monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of the agency
