Job Requirements

  • Must have 12+ months' customer service experience in a logistics or corporate/call center environment, 3PL a plus
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Must have physical ability to sit for long periods, occasionally walk and stand, climb ladders/stairs, tolerate warehouse conditions including dust, noise, odors, heat and cold

Job Qualifications

  • At least 12 months of customer service experience in a logistics, corporate, or call center environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties with minimal supervision
  • Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Trustworthy with strong moral character

Job Duties

  • Acts as the liaison between the clients and NRI operations by communicating and monitoring client priorities
  • Manages client relationships by effectively handling all client interactions including higher level troubleshooting issues and collaborating with other departments
  • Coordinates flow of inventory with Inventory Team and Value Added Services
  • Ensures client SLAs are communicated to the operations team
  • Follows NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures
  • Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
  • Performs other duties as requested
