NRI is a distinguished logistics and supply chain company committed to providing exceptional third-party logistics (3PL) services tailored to meet the diverse needs of its clients. Located in Los Angeles, California, NRI has established a reputation for operational excellence and client-focused solutions in a competitive market. The company values teamwork and embraces a dynamic, positive, and energetic work culture where every team member contributes to mutual success under the ethos of "we are one team." NRI is dedicated to maintaining inclusivity and fairness as an equal opportunity employer, ensuring a respectful workplace free from discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, disability, or age.
The Client Services Coordinator position at NRI is a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operational processes within their 3PL facilities. This full-time role, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offers an hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.50. The primary responsibility of the coordinator is to handle all functions related to order processing, receipts, and allocation, acting as the direct liaison between clients and the internal operations teams. The role requires managing client relationships professionally, troubleshooting issues effectively, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are thoroughly communicated and adhered to by the operational staff.
Success in this position depends on the candidate's ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, respond resourcefully to client needs, and maintain composure under pressure. The ideal Client Services Coordinator enjoys multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a detail-oriented mindset that is crucial for managing complex logistics tasks. Candidates are expected to be adaptive and flexible to shifting priorities while contributing positively to the team dynamic.
Technical proficiency with various software systems, particularly Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, is essential for day-to-day activities. The role involves coordination with inventory teams and value-added services to ensure efficient inventory flow and client fulfillment strategies. Moreover, the coordinator is responsible for enforcing safety procedures, maintaining clean and orderly workspaces, and adhering to security protocols to uphold a safe operational environment.
Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods and a readiness to occasionally walk, stand, climb ladders or stairs, and tolerate typical warehouse conditions such as dust, noise, and temperature variations. The commitment to continuous improvement using relevant methodologies to boost quality, efficiency, and safety forms a part of the job’s essential functions.
Working at NRI offers numerous perks, including a staff purchase program on beloved brands, a customizable staff benefits plan, a flexible and fun work environment, and opportunities for internal growth and career development. This role is perfect for individuals ready to contribute to a company that values integrity, teamwork, and delivering top-tier client service within the logistics industry.
