The Minneapolis office is currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator, a vital role that serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and other stakeholders at the firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional setting where excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. The Client Services Coordinator is entrusted with managing the main reception and client services area, ensuring that every interaction reflects the firm’s high standards of professionalism and courtesy. Working hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
In this role, the coordinator is responsible for welcoming clients and visitors warmly, answering and directing phone calls efficiently, and providing concierge services to both clients and firm members. Additional responsibilities include coordinating conference room reservations, managing communications for visiting attorneys, facilitating parking validations, and maintaining confidentiality and a professional work environment. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining the highest level of discretion and client confidentiality.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of administrative support or related experience
- accurate typing skills
- good oral and written communication skills
- ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel

Job Duties
- Answer phones and direct incoming callers
- greet clients and visitors
- provide concierge services to clients and firm members
- promote and maintain the good will and reputation of the firm by maintaining the highest level of professional conduct and confidentiality
- maintain a clean and uncluttered work area ensuring sensitive materials and valuable items are secure
- coordinate and reserve conference rooms and calendar accordingly
- keep supervisor informed of activities and any significant issues
- schedule visiting attorney offices and conference rooms
- provide administrative services and resources to visiting attorneys including equipment and catering
- send welcome email for visiting attorneys to the office
- manage parking validations for clients and visitors
- page personnel as requested through paging system
- provide additional administrative support as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
