Job Description

L&E Research, Inc. is a leading market research firm known for its commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences through meticulous operational excellence. Founded with the goal of providing high-quality insights, L&E Research specializes in qualitative and quantitative research services that cater to a variety of industries. As a dedicated company focused on both innovation and client satisfaction, L&E Research operates with a deep understanding of the vital role that client services and operational integrity play in the market research arena. The company fosters an environment that balances professionalism with a supportive and dynamic workplace culture, aiming to nurture growth opportunities for its employees.

The Client Services Assistant (CSA) at L&E Research serves as a pivotal support and leadership role within the on-site market research operations. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager (CSM), the CSA ensures a smooth and efficient flow of daily activities, facility readiness, and client support. The role is designed for individuals who excel in fast-paced, hospitality-driven environments and seek to contribute both as a hands-on operator and a team leader, bridging the gap between frontline execution and facility oversight. By stepping into leadership when needed, supporting team member development, and managing logistical and operational details, the CSA plays a critical role in maintaining L&E Research's esteemed reputation for "Extreme Client Service."

The Client Services Assistant is responsible for coordinating project needs, mentoring junior team members, overseeing facility readiness including cleanliness and room setups, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring technology systems function smoothly to prevent disruptions. This role offers a hybrid work approach depending on individual skills and business needs, providing exposure to multiple operational facets like recruiting, data management, and administrative projects. L&E Research encourages team members in this role to develop cross-functional expertise and advance along the facility leadership track.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or senior CSR experience, possess a flexible full-time availability, a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Comfort with Microsoft Office, general office technologies, and physical capability to perform tasks like lifting and standing for extended periods are essential. The salary range for this full-time opportunity is $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and volunteer time off.

Joining L&E Research as a Client Services Assistant means becoming part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence and client satisfaction. This role represents a unique opportunity for individuals interested in market research operations, offering both leadership development and the chance to impact multiple facets of the business. With a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, L&E Research supports employees in a collaborative setting focused on personal and professional growth.
